Equipment

Stand Mixer
Mixing bowl
Whisk & Rubber Spatula

Ingredients

For the Dough:

  • tsp Yeast
  • ¼ Cup Water between 100-110°F water temperature
  • tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ Cup Milk room temperature
  • ½ Cup Butter unsalted, Melted
  • 2 Eggs room temperature
  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs

For the Filling:

  • ½ Cup Butter melted
  • ½ Cup Bread Crumbs
  • ½ Cup Sugar

Instructions

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water. To proof yeast, add 1 teaspoon sugar and let it stand for 10 minutes. If the mixture doubles in volume, then yeast is active.
  • In a stand mixer attached with a dough hook, add the milk, melted butter, eggs, and yeast. Mix for a little just to give it a start. Add the flour, sugar, and salt. A Combine well until the mixture forms into a ball.
  • Transfer the dough into a greased bowl and cover tightly with a saran wrap and let it rise for about an hour. Place your dough on a draft-free surface such as your oven TURNED OFF until double in size.
  • Once the dough has doubled in size, divide the dough into two equal parts. Shape each part into a log and divide into eight equal parts with each piece weighing about 2½ ounces.
  • Roll each piece into a 3×5 inch rectangular sheet. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and sugar, and roll the sheet-like you would a jelly roll. Then roll your rolled dough into bread crumbs and place it into a baking shit line with parchment paper seam-side down and set aside. Let it rise for about 30 minutes to an hour.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Once the rolls have doubled in size, Bake them in the oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and Enjoy!!!
